SEQUENTIAL LICENSING ARCHITECTURE

Phase I: Learner's Licence (LL) — Provisional Status prerequisite. Valid exclusively for a non-extendable

Phase II: Permanent Driving Licence (DL) — Absolute Status. Applications are accepted starting 30 Days
